Our depot is in Chantilly, Virginia near to the Dulles Expo Center facility. Our customers can bring or courier their equipment to us, or we can arrange pick-up. Though many hardware issues want to be seen on the bench, we can often resolve repairs in the field. This depends on what resources would be needed to troubleshoot. Turn-around is as short as we can make it, usually three days. Availability of ordered parts is a factor, so we try to keep an array of parts on hand. For those needing a faster solution, we offer an expedite process that puts the repair at the front of the queue.
