Owner and CEO, George has been involved with the technical support of Apple products since before the Macintosh was born. Previously the supervising technician at MacHeaven, he is a master of the Apple repair process and excels at phone support.

Charles Ehrlich
Charles is our logistics and purchasing agent. Specializing in Sales of Apple products and thousands of third-party products. He also manages the invoicing and other financial services, including keeping private information secure.

Gregory Kelley
Senior Technician. Certified Apple Consultant. Certified Technical Coordinator. Certified Desktop Technician. Certified Portable Technician. Working on System Administration. Gregory supports network and server installations in the field and does most of the laptop repairs.

Richard Ho
Master of printers and printing. He also has expertise in network cabling and is a top-notch mechanic. Builds custom Windows-based gaming systems in some distant land.

Richard Lake
Richie is the new kid on our block and has learned to excel in desktop computer repairs. He also helps handle the front-end intake and invoicing processes. Current with eclectic rock-and-roll, he graciously allows us to live in his universe.
